Well supposedly I'm going to get refund of $75 from Doctor Leonard and that ridiculous customer service people that they have. They employ ...the ""Regina "" customer service will be the funding me or crediting my account for $75 I never ordered a protection plan for $14.95. next today I will be going to my bank which is down the block I live in New York City so everything is convenience and I will put a red warning on this company just in case they get the idea of getting any more money after February I have November December January and February my last payment is February they are not anyway ... they're not authorized but after reading a lot of reviews they have the audacity to collect Monies from People's Bank account unauthorised people please steer clear from Doctor Leonardo's it's been a nightmare. Just remember Dr Leonard and Clan don't you dare go into my account unauthorized or I am going to sued you for every freaking Penny you have. And also I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in New York city so let's see what's going on Doctor ur Leonard or who else are you going to jerk around ? Next !!! after all this is the passed off review

I called customer service and she was adamant that I have to call to cancel a subscription to a some kind of service that they offer for 1495 since I did not call them they're charging me no wonder my account kept going up and up and up instead of going down so in general I was paying $10 a month I know we're almost charging me $300 for a sheet and the curtains never again. DeLeon Earth I'm paying what I owe for the stuff and that's about it do not expect expect the rest of the money and if you push it I will take it to Better Business Bureau I'm from New York City and don't bully me into paying because I'm not going to be paid for something that I did not order because your customer service are non-english speaking and you cannot understand a word they saying and they probably didn't understand me either better luck next time

Claim that I signed or agreed to a subscription of 1495 a month which I never did my account keeps going up every month and Faithfully I paid $25 I will not be doing any more business with them they sign me into a contract or 1495 a month is supposed to be a protective blah blah blah stuff

I will never order anything from this company again. Offer you free shipping and sign you up on a membership for $14.95 a month forever!!!! Really never did I want this or ask for it. They just charge your card. If I signed up for a membership why wasn't I sent an e-mail telling me all about my membership?? This is a fraud

The exact same thing happened to my wife and I. Reported as fraud because we never received anything describing what we were getting for this $14.95 a month.Reported as fraud to my credit card and also cancelled the card.

Before doing that I called their customer service and as soon as I said I wanted to cancel they said my voice was breaking up and they could not hear me. Got nowhere with customer so I reported fraud.

I called 5 times and a lady did my order stating that she will send an e mail I waited for 2 days no e mail was sent called again and the supervisor said no order was made at the end I cancelled my card because they took all my information and then I tried to do on line so it is 13 days waiting for my order and still waiting no order was sent and I received a card from Dr Leonard’s company stating order was canceled it is a horrible service and experience

Be careful when using the website!

My 89 year old father ordered an item on Dr. Leonard's six months ago or more. This month he sees a charge for Dr. Leonard's Perks. They had gone and signed him up for this program without his consent. I feel that the company is preying on Senior Citizens and are hoping that they do not realize that they are being billed for something that they do not want. I wonder how many months he had been billed without knowing. If he had not been diligent with his bank account, Dr. Leonards would have continued to charge him $14.95

I had the bad experience of buying in your company, only one purchase I made and automatically and without asking my authorization this company applied a monthly membership fee that I did not know untill my Bank thankfully reported it to me as a suspicious transaction, six months literally stealing money that I had not authorized. This is abusive, I am an elderly person and I live from my retirement and you send magazines to elderly people to confuse them to withdraw money, shame on you! And to top it off, while calling customer service to report and cancel this "membership" a "Natasha" woman answered and when explaining the situation he laughed at me openly saying that she found my complaint extremely funny, that she could only return to me three months of what they had taken from my bank without my authorization. How disgusting to deal with companies and staff like yours, NEVER send a magazine to my home again.

dont understand why they wany a full payment when I have been making payments to them monthly. I will pay off my bill and tell all my friends and family about the BS, with this company. Also all my ilitary frinds world wide.

In my order envelope there was no merchandise only a catalog.

I ordered 2 items from Dr. Leonard's. Instead of items in the envelope, there was only a catalog. The envelope was practically open with the top cut off with scissors & closed with only a piece of tape. Inside there were no items ordered. It looked like they were stolen by the person(s) who knew what was in it. US Post Office doesn't cut or mishandle the customers' mail. This looked like the inside job, a theft. I was shocked and will demand my money back, because I don't trust the company any more.

I have been trying to place an order but all websites list they are not available. Why send a catalog, offer online purchasing if there is no way to do that? Now that Ive read the reviews, looks like I dodged a bullet. Sorry Dr. Leonards, no business from me or my family!
