Too many cstalogs sent to my home

Please take me off your catalog mailing list Your catalogs are just clogging up my mail box.. They end up in recycles unread.

I get too many catalogs, and don't order from you. I will not order from you again after this experience of trying to get off your mailing list. I am 83 years old, and don't have the funds to order from every catalog that is sent me. Please stop them NOW!!

You are becoming a pest!! I have nothing else to say to you 100 words or not. I will try to return every catalog that comes to me in the future if the post office will return them.

They are tired of so many catalogs, too. Think of how many trees are cut down just to sent these ridiculous catalogs.

WHO is Dr Leonards DMS

BIG surprise to me, just received a letter from Chase Receivables stating I owe Dr Leonards DMS such and such amount; who in the heck are they and why do I owe them ANYTHING! ???

It was in addition to another past due amount of which has been taken care of from a different company altogether; I will of course have to sort that out, but WTH??

I really do not know what else I can say, have not a clue who this company or person is and why they think I owe them money.

I read a few of the statements in reference to this entity and curious as to why I have never received any phone calls or statements prior to this letter from Chase Receivables, what is the outcome??

My 98 year old mother-in-law, who resides in a nursing home, got one of these collection letters. Ridiculous!

She hasn't been to a dentist called Dr. Leonard and there is no dentist by that name in our county. Don't automatically assume you owe a debt just because the letter is intimidating.

Scammers are getting pretty clever. This time they went to the wrong person to scam!

Unwanted and grossed out by Dr Leonard's soft *** products

I received a catalog in my mail 6/16/2018 from Dr. Leonard's Healthcare

Catalog. I have never heard of them before. I did not in anyway request a catalog from them nor did anyone in my family. I started quickly flipping through it on the way to the recycle bin and was ready to toss it when I came across the grossest junk. I could hardly believe my eyes. Right in the middle of this catalog geared toward seniors were 2 full pages of *** penis stimulators, and "super powered strokers" and even a machine to "achieve firmer ereections". It was like the centerfold in a sea of walker aids and incontinence panties (page 28 and 29). Then there was even more on pages 44 and 45. Penis's in every color of the rainbow. Drugs to increase you to super human sex perverts and even *** videos. Then they had the nerve to sell some beautiful religious articles in the same catalog.

THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW TO HAVE SEXUAL PERVERSIONS FORCED UPON YOU IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN MAIL. Satan tries to work in very clever ways. Many seniors fail to realize that they are not immortal and they are going to someday die. Use some common sense people. If you are over the age of 50, you have probably lived more than half your life span already.

Everyone is prone to mistakes and falling into temptations of the flesh and into sin, especially when we are younger and don't know as much about the world and we think that we will live forever. PLEASE listen up seniors. Our time on earth is very limited. This is reality. And it's possible that part of our last years we may not be all that aware and able to make the decision to repent, change our ways and live for Jesus. Don't risk your eternal soul by messing around with sinful things. Think about it. We are only here for a few more years, but ETERNITY LASTS A VERY LONG TIME.

I'm offended by your ranting about a catalog for God sake. A CATALOG!!

I'm a 59 year old woman and yes lived more than half my life and know how to make a intelligent choice by either throwing it away or ordering a stroker. Get off your soap box and find a different platform {{redacted}}

Another unwanted "Club Membership".

I ordered a pair of slippers and a top from this company for around $15. That was in May.

It's now August and I see on my credit card statement, two more charges for $14.95. I called them to find out why and they informed me that is their monthly membership fee. I did not join any club there. I insisted on a refund for two of the charges.

I am awaiting my refund from them. I am not sure that I am actually getting the right amount, since they say they didn't charge for my purchase, just the monthly fee.

But I did get the product so I won't argue any more with them if I do, in fact, get the refund. Beware of what you are doing when you order from them.

Sneaky crooks

I went on line and made a purchase for a bed pan and two mattress protection pads. My credit card was billed for my products and received them promptly. I have no issues with that.

THEN, for the following two months I noticed on my credit card statement that I had a recurring charge from Dr. Leonards for $14.95 for two consecutive months. When I called to ask, they said it was some ''club'' I joined for free shipping and ''perks''. I did NOT join any club. They had my credit card info and just signed me up.

They were quick to issue a refund and remove me from the ''club'', which tells me they deal with this all the time, which also tells me they do it to a lot of others.

I normally dont really review my statements. I wonder how many other people out there are getting ripped off and don't even realize it because they don't check their statements????

I will never use this company again. They are crooks.

I have had the same thing happen to me. I didn't purchase this and called and they were quick to reimburse.

But, I will never order from them again. Never. What I did order was subpar quality anyway.

Guess that was the reason it was so cheap to start with. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Similar situation just happened to me. I ordered socks for my mother which was charged correctly to my charge card.

A month later I see a charge for $14.95. I called their customer service who informed me that I had signed up for their perks program. I told them I never signed up for anything as the purchase I made for my mother was the first and only thing I intended on buying from them. Customer service gave me another number to call who told me they will be refunding me in 2-5 business days.

I'll be looking for it and if I don't receive it, I will be notifying them again and again until I get my refund. I agree; they are very crooked and will never order anything again.

it seems your back order must be coming from China. On6/30/18 you back ordered 4TF4 item nr 52474FUSLG butyou sure did not hesitate to charge me for the item up front.I would like to know when it is coming or refund my money ifyour not sure.

automatically enrolls ya in some *** perks program then takes 14.95 out of your account each month *** the one order my wife made did'nt even come to 14.95 not to mention the product was junk every curtain was shorter or longer than the other so needless to say through them in the trash. Its company's like this that is scamming Americans every day and seem to get by with it, and the worse thing is Dr Leonard's wont even email ya back or amazingly the calls always seem to drop is'nt that convenient for them so if you are considering a order DONT do it .

They pull your credit for 50.00. Hard impact/pull

I experienced a similar issue. They offered one amount; triggered a hard pull to my credit, and decided to offer $50.00. My middle credit score is 715. I am wondering if they have the decency to report the timely payments to the credit bureau? If you are considering this company for credit score improvement--DON'T.

Based on the reviews of their items consumers are stating that the quality is junk.

Is this company owned by a DR? Does anyone know?

How can I get the four-point drop in my credit score reversed? I thought the pre-approval meant that based on affiliates suggestion the offer is because your credit is good? Are they redlining based on specific demographics? Pissed!

Poor quality and extra charges

November of 2017 order a shoulder sling which was useless. But then continual being charged 14.95 and they will not respond to our questions. Poor company to deal with. Have been writing emails for a month to get answers and no response.Shoulder sling was kept . However never used. The company continues to charge our account 14.95 for dec, jan,and feb. and we are beginning to get irate. Products are not worth the original cost but did not return because it was not worth the trouble. I would appreciate a reimburshment of the additional charges that your agents have failed to give me any reason for. And do not ever send emails ever again because of your lack of concern.

Date11/10/17 Wife tried to order on my account I've given my permission it was done in writing to your company.and on phone on two different occasions.My account is up to date and my credit balance is available.My wife spoke with Angie in billing department same day she stated that my account clear to order my account was good standing.My name is Arthur Phillips address 6210 Waltrip St .Apt.12 Houston,Texas 77087.Some of your employees weren't very kind to me.She encourage my wife to open up another account we cancelled it.Staff not toNice! I received my catalogs with my pre-approved account. So I then browsed the website to pick out my order for the amount they pre-approved me for and was not able to submit my order in the end after spending almost 2 hours picking out exactly what I really wanted!!! It doesnt give me the option to "shopnow pay plan".

However accidently hit a button on their website and was automatically enrolled in their perks program, and had a *** of a time trying to get it cancelled! I called the same day when I received the notice of CONGRATULATIONS your now enrolled in perks and will be billed $14.95 a month after 30 day trial after placing an order WTF? was told to call the next day which I did then told that I would need to call the following day! WHAT THE ***! so I sent an email to DR. LEONARDS stating I did not want the *** PERKS! and will follow up with a call for the 3 day to make sure it is cancelled.

Credit report checked for no reason

Pulled my credit report for the year found out that Carol Wright / dr. Leonard DM service had check my credit report back in July.

Have called this company numerous times. Twice I have been hung up on. All four times I was told to call back. I said why should I call back when I going to keep getting the same people that are answering the phone I want to speak to an American.

Found out from the supervisor that they're located in the Philippines. She took my information and hopefully they will contact me on Monday.

I've never ordered from this company didn't even know they existed. 0 Stars
