To cancel back order from 3months ago

Company not answering any phone calls or online mail because their parent company that owns DrLeonards filed for bankruptcy. There is no word if anyone will step in to operate business. Back order for 3 months, on $150 want refund. could buy cheaper and get in 1 week someplace else. Company closes with unfinished business. And customer money with no product sent to customer. And no one answered phones or online mail.

I have an old account from 2014, the amount was $218 it was paid off a long time ago, but was also charged off. It is the only negative impact on my credit report. Can you please remove it since it is old and the paid in full. All my information is the same as when I had placed my order. I don't have the full account number but the first few numbers are 411008.

Billing question

Tried to pay bill on line as I have for probably a couple of years. Well the website was down due to upgrades, tried a week or so later and it was still down.

Don't know what kind of upgrade you're doing that takes weeks, that's just ridiculous. Anyway called to make a payment by phone which is another disaster had to hold for 10 minutes then when someone finally answered they transferred me just to hold for another 5-10 minutes.

Finally I was transferred to someone who finally took my payment information. Why not have automated pay by phone so your customers aren't wasting practically 30 minutes just to make a payment!

I tried to get diabetic shoes for my Dad and asked if they were on back order before ordering them. That must have been ignored because when I called 2 days later, they were not here. I had paid the extra fee for my 2 day delivery. Thats when I was told they were on back order. I had also asked for an email to confirm the cancellation. I never received one so I called again today .
