Tried to pay bill on line as I have for probably a couple of years. Well the website was down due to upgrades, tried a week or so later and it was still down.
Don't know what kind of upgrade you're doing that takes weeks, that's just ridiculous. Anyway called to make a payment by phone which is another disaster had to hold for 10 minutes then when someone finally answered they transferred me just to hold for another 5-10 minutes.
Finally I was transferred to someone who finally took my payment information. Why not have automated pay by phone so your customers aren't wasting practically 30 minutes just to make a payment!
