Deserves "Minus" Rating
Dr. Leonards will take any order and charge for it, claiming that it is available, even if it is not.
Then they will send whatever they have, even replacing it with similar items. As for color, one will end up with colors which they cannot sell. If you order brown mats for your brown bathroom, expect green or pink.
Smart assumption is that most of the people will not bother to go thru the return process, so Leonards keeps making money by selling a garbage which is not otherwise sellable. AND OF COURSE, YOU WILL PAY TO SHIP BACK THE WRONG ITEMS THEY SENT!
Someone should take away their business license.
Receipts not attached for the reason of privacy, but they are available to agencies and other officials.

Hi, I am Laura A. Cook my Address is 107 E.
Jefferson St. Pewamo, Mi. 48873 I placed an order in what I believe to have been your last actually catalog [mailed] to me. I placed a $400ish order, I got a note and check for the DVD player from your company and that is it and ohh by the way I paid for it via a check from my bank Portland Fedral Credit Union, I have not told them that I am *** this and I not going to until I get some kind of a notice from you.
Based on this I EXPECT to hear from you first today is 10-02-2023, my phone is not a cell phone, it's a land line, I hope to hear from you within a week, anything. I am not the smartest, but I KNOW MY BASIC RIGHTS. I would perfer to get my order and honestly I feel since I have waited for so long that I should get some of my money back. I hope you do the right thing since the costmer is always right.

Verified ReviewerI have been scammed by one of your employees, and I am not happy about it.
Yesterday, approximately around 2 pm central time, while simply attempting to secure a refund for a product that was ordered in January, but has not been delivered yet, one of your technicians took over my computer and used two different credit cards of mine to purchase two gift cards on one of my cards and attempted to purchase another on a second credit card. There is no dispute that it happened while your tech was using my computer because I was monitoring the situation.
I became very suspicious after about 45 minutes and he still had not indicated that he had successfully allowed my refund and I asked him to get off my computer. He than said that my refund would show up on my card in two to three days!! I think his last name was Jansen, or something very similar. I started out talking to a lady and she transferred me to this guy.
I want an explanation and some compensation or I will obtain legal console. I have been attempting to call several of your customer service numbers all day, but am convinced that you have my telephone numbers blocked and will not allow anyone to talk to me because you are aware of what has happened. Just another reason for me to obtain legal console. As I am sending this to you, one of your telephone reps did answer the phone after being on hold for approximately 30 minutes.
After explanting the situation to her, she hung up on me!! Just another reason to pursue legal console! I am sure you lawyers are shaking in their boots, but this shows me that your organization is a total disgrace.
Hope you can all sleep well at night knowing that you enjoy scamming people. You will be hearing from me.

User's recommendation: Be aware, there technicians can not be trusted, especially if you are attempting to receive a refund! One of them used my credit cards to purchase gift cards while attempting to allow my refund!
